Return & Exchange Policy

Items (excluding sale items) can be returned within 5 days from the date you received it. To be eligible for return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your items must be in original packaging.Please note, that if the item has been worn, washed or used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on Health and Hygiene and wear and tear. 

Before sending your items back, please contact us to notify us of your intent to return your items with your Full name, item name, and the details of all the item(s) you wish to return and why. Our team will then be able to provide you with the returns address and any other details that will assist you in the steps you need to process a return. REFUNDS: Please note,all items are non -refundable on any defective items.We will do exchange only.We are not required to provide replacement if you change your mind.

CONDITION OF RETURN

-All product(s) must be returned:

In original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached and / or package bag, not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder & free of make-up or tan marks. If the tags are removed, the item no longer qualifies for return.

- Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted

- We cannot accept returns on bikinis and sports thongs bottoms due to hygiene reasons. 

- For all swimwear, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.

- Fitcover - If your products are un-used and un-opened, we can offer an exchange for you.

All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

If the returns item fails this test, they will be returned back to you and you will be invoiced for the shipping.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please be advised that all postage and  deliveries handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not NEXFIT ACTIVE. NEXFIT ACTIVE is not responsible for return packages should they not reach us. We recommend posting back or drop it personally to our showroom .
